Caitlin Dunn, MPH, Director of Programs

Caitlin Dunn is a Technical Advisor at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). She serves as a Director of Programs for the UCSF Pandemic Initiative for Equity & Action (UPIEA), providing management and technical support to the portfolio of work funded by the California Department of Health (CDPH) to train and support a COVID-19 response workforce. Caitlin leads the program’s efforts to provide continuing education and support through the expansion of Communities of Practice, Learning Collaboratives, and other virtual platforms. Prior to COVID, Caitlin spent the last 12+ years working in global health and development with a focus on HIV and reproductive health services. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from Emory University with a specialization in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Complex Humanitarian Emergencies.
