Quality sleep is critical for helping us reduce the stress in our lives. Dr. Ali Singh begins this video by giving us an overview of sleep and its critical health benefits. She then covers how we can improve the quality of our sleep by using practices and habits called “Sleep Hygiene”. These strategies have been studied and used by many to promote healthy sleep behaviors.
