Mental Health Care

We are excited to present the Mental Health Care module in our Stress Busters Series.

In this video psychotherapist Miriam Garfinkel assures us that addressing our mental health challenges is nothing to be ashamed of. She describes how sadness, anxiety, fear and anger are “normal” reactions to the intense stress we have all been experiencing over the last two years. Miriam also addresses the stigma that surrounds mental health issues and how it is one of the greatest challenges for those of us who are seeking help.
